We are pleased to announce that the West Highland Museum re-opened to the public on Tuesday 1 June 2021.
We currently have limited opening hours: Tuesday – Friday 10am – 2pm (last entry 1.30pm). These hours will be increased with increased volunteer availability.
We will be operating in accordance with Scottish Government guidelines.
Booking is unnecessary – but a short wait is possible to prevent the museums capacity being exceeded.
Our first planned temporary exhibition of 2021 exhibits the fabulous Beetle Wing Dress and its story. The exhibition is part of the Highland Threads Exhibition which is digital and can be viewed online before your visit.
