Calling all budding young archaelogists!
We are hosting a mini-dig for children inside the museum, where they will search for finds in our sandpit, and then record their finds as an archaeologist would. They can learn about the objects they have found and hunt for other objects around the museum.
Wednesday 19th October – 11am – 12pm
The event will run for children between the ages of 4 – 8 years old
Children should be accompanied by a parent / carer
The event is held at the West Highland Museum, Fort William and is FREE and has been funded by Museum Galleries Scotland.
